Lots of GF options, all clearly marked. Everything was really delicious, can’t say enough good things. Felt very safe eating here at all the different dining options

Amazing, they know the menu very well and food is great. They have an amazing chocolate cake. I told them celiac and don’t think there is any cross contamination and I have not gotten sick. So 10/10 if you are staying here food isn’t an issue.

They have thought through food sensitivities and safety and are doing a very good job creating a place that can feed celiacs safely, as well as other food sensitivities. Highly recommended as a nice vacation get away that will feed everyone in the family. The waitstaff went out of their way to make sure my food was safe, with a variety of options. Dinner in the surrey lounge (included with the room) was world class!

Gluten-free special dishes at all meals!
We were greeted by the dining captain (who also has celiac). She explained in great detail that everything at the buffet would be clearly marked and that if we at anytime felt uncomfortable or unsafe the kitchen would gladly make us anything we wanted in the back kitchen. I used Nima to test a number of dishes from the buffet (butternut squash bisque, garlic steamed veggies, and lobster risotto. All dishes tested negative for gluten. My son and I both have celiac. Between the 2 of us we sampled at least 10 different gluten free items from the buffet and had no reactions. There were so many gluten free choices and the staff went above and beyond to continually check in with us while we were dining. This has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in a restaurant since diagnosis.

Everything was great. Buffet was clearly labeled and staff went through the menu with us at dinner. Food was delicious and there was a lot of gluten free options. Highly recommend.

Staff understands GF and cross contamination, and are very nice, but if you have multiple needs (in my case I have Celiac, a nut allergy and am vegan) there’s pretty much nothing to eat other than lettuce greens and a side veggie and they weren’t able to make much to accommodate. The first night they name me a GF pasta with red sauce and veggies but honestly it was pretty gross.
We ended up driving into New Paltz for larger meals- more allergy friendly places in town!
EVERYTHING is labeled. all allergies are addressed. the food is great and everyone is very accommodating and understanding.

Their GF bread stinks, but you honestly don't need it. Most entrees are GF and there are even a few dessert. Had this sea salt caramel cashew "chocolate pate" thing. Outta dis world.
