We drive two hours to come to this restaurant as there are very few near me that seem to listen to my concerns. I believe Alejandro is one of the owners. He spoke w me himself and they are very careful. He informed me before I even asked not to get anything fried as it is not dedicated gf. I have celiac and also can't do dairy, eggs, or soy. They've worked w all of my issues. I get the chimichurri steak and sub the plantains for sautéed veggies cooked in olive oil, leave off the cheese. Also very good Ultimate Lime Margarita if you can tolerate alcohol. I have eaten here multiple times and never get sick.
