The staff was very helpful. I had them make a Cuban sandwich and substitute tostones (fried green bananas) as my bread. It is a good substitution. I have them bring a side of hot sauce. It is a good sandwich. The only thing I would add is I would make the mojo sauce with more garlic flavor and bitter oranges for acid balance in the sauce.

No GF menu and items are not listed as GF. Waitstaff is not confident on what is GF. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with a side of yellow rice and black beans and hoping for the best. I have eaten at the Old Norcross location and cannot recall what I ordered but their waitstaff was extremely knowledgeable about what was GF and confident about it. Great food but they need training.
