The manager was very knowledgeable about food safety and willing to answer questions. The meats and sauces were gluten free. They fry their french fries in a dedicated fryer. Their onion rings (not gf) and fried pickles (no gf) are fried in a different fryer. They actually have a gluten menu-the items that contain gluten. We got nachos which we substituted french fries and pork instead of tortilla chips and chicken.
