Waitress was pretty knowledgeable and told me I could have salads or the jicama tacos. Turns out they were out of the jicama shells that day, though. I asked about some other items and she was able to tell me exactly what ingredients weren’t gluten free. She said the Cuban rice wasn’t gluten free and that they didn’t have any other rice to substitute it? Other thing is she said the cheese used on the street corn add gluten in the thickener so that was a no-go. I didn’t end up eating there
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Some
Skinny tacos in a jicama shell listed on the menu as gluten free. Other option was Yucca fries but there’s a shared frier. I ended up not eating because I didn’t feel super confident in the info.
