Review of Moksha Indian Bistro

They had a gluten free menu with a lot of options. The food was delicious and I didn't get sick. The waiter didn't know what Celiac disease was (he knew it was a food 'allergy' issue, but asked me what kinds of food I couldn't have). Which is great, I'd much rather have someone ask questions than decide they know based on too little information. When I said I couldn't have gluten he grabbed the gf menus and said that they always take special precautions for allergies. The food was delicious. Medium was spicier than I was expecting, but very flavorful. The tandoor chicken was out of this world.
