Molecular Eatery and Patisserie

We've eaten here twice. First time we got the pizza, second time I tried the calzone. Both were good. The pizza was individually sized and quite filling. The calzone was huge! I ate half for dinner, and my wife and I split the other half for lunch the next day.

The dough on both the pizza and the calzone was chewy and thick, very much like a real pizza crust. Tasted great, though the sauce has a lot of garlic in it.

They do patisserie and cookies too! Everything I've tried has been very good.

Amazing pizza and desserts! My daughter had them make her a white pizza with their garlic butter, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The steak calzone was GIANT!

I ordered the steak calzone. My husband ordered the pepperoni calzone. They were enormous (probably 3-4 meals for each of us), and tasted extraordinary. Everything is gluten-free here, so no worries about cross-contamination.

I have tried just about everything from here and have nothing but great things to say! The dough for the pizza/calzones is the best gf dough I’ve ever tried, and the desserts are delicious!

I have been eating gluten free for nearly 20 years since my celiac diagnosis, and have eaten in cities around the country. The calzones I got from Molecular were phenomenal. The crust is the very best GF crust I have ever had—the texture is amazing! And, the sauce and fillings are excellent too!!!

Everything is gluten free so no cross-contamination. We arrived later in the day so their stock was low but we got the last bourbon pecan tarts and they were unbelievably good! Highly recommend!
