Every time I go I get the flourless cupcake. Everyone here is being hard on the staff. They are great and the cupcakes are delicious!

There was one cupcake labeled “gluten friendly”. I asked the staff member if it was entirely gluten-free, and she said it was, but could not tell me what the ingredients were, or whether it was made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Cupcakes were on a tray right next to gluten containing cupcakes. I had zero confidence in the knowledge of the staff member. I did not purchase.

They offer a flourless chocolate cupcake which they said is “gluten friendly.” This is because while the cupcake contains no gluten ingredients there is cross contamination from baking the other cupcakes (“flour everywhere” as they put it, plus shared equipment.) They said they make an effort to keep things as separate as possible so for that reason I took a risk and ordered. The cupcake was delicious and I felt fine, but if you are a moderate to sensitive celiac I don’t think you could risk it.
