Momma Spriggs Eatery

Server was easy to talk to about allergies. I got the three egg Mediterranean egg white omelette with no cheese made with no butter and no potatoes (presumably because they are prepared with items that have gluten). Omelette did not seem to have three eggs nor did it seem to be made from egg whites. Overwhelmed with "sun dried tomatoes" which must've come from a jar. I picked them out.

Omelet was tasty. No bread / biscuit option.

I got the gluten free burger, but the waitress wasn't sure what side I could have. She said she thought I could have fries and she would check before she got them. When she brought them out I noticed they were breaded. Then they still tried to give me the burger after it was sitting on top of the breaded fries. Good food, but they need work on keeping it GF.

open, friendly, responsive. created dishes for me and made sure not to cross contaminate. clean, fresh good.
