Chef, waiter and manager all helped me customize a dish to make it gf. They had a good grasp on what could be altered (and there were many options). Had a great vegetarian meal. I don't know how much they understand about cross contamination, but I didn't get sick and it seems like they're really open to making a good and safe meal.
