We got the veggie and the meat dosa— asked the cashier if they weee cooked with any thickening agent or flour and they said no. Additionally, momos are steamed so they’re not cooked in the same place as the dosa. My partner, who has celiac, did not get sick.

Momo-dosa is in a food court near UofM twin cities football stadium. They serve gluten-free dosas, a slightly sourdough lentil and rice flatbread (think crepes). They also serve dumplings which *are not gluten-free*. The dosas are fried on a separate griddle, the dumplings are steamed. I love dosas so I was very happy and I did not get glutened. Im a very sensitive celiac.
