Server was knowledgeable about gluten ingredients. Had two very tasty sushi rolls. Best sushi I've had in a long time!

Nice restaurant. Walk-ins only. Food was just okay. The server wasn’t very knowledgeable on gluten free. He said only 3 sushi rolls could be made gluten free. He did bring me tamari sauce which was nice. He said no poke bowls could be modified nor was the garlic shrimp GF.

Both the host and server were knowledgeable about what items naturally contained gluten and what could be made GF. Their rice bowls and sushi rolls can be made GF, and the edamame and garlic shrimp are safe. They made me a poke bowl without the soy sauce and the chef brought it out to me himself with a side of GF sauce. I am celiac and had no reaction

They put seaweed salad on my plate after I had ordered plain sashimi. The soy sauce in it caused a bad reaction. Was very careful in ordering. The waiter also insisted he had given me a gf beer, but I later saw that it was rice based but still had barley malt.

This place can do most of their sushi GF! The chef was very knowledgeable and even informed me that the wasabi and rice vinegar is GF. They have GF soy sauce.
