Dedicated gluten free frier and extensive gluten free menu! Our waiter was incredibly attentive about double checking any dishes we ordered for cross contamination. Every time a dish was served he assured us that it was gluten free. They provided tamari straight from the San-J gluten free tamari bottle which made me feel extra safe ðŸ˜
I wanted a dessert, a hojicha creama, but it contained crispy puffs. The waiter checked with the chef that the dessert could safely be made without gluten contamination by omitting the crispy puffs, and it could! I didn’t feel any effects after the meal.
