Only the cold sandwiches and pre-made foods are gluten free. The grill is a shared space with lots of cross contamination. We were not informed of this before ordering but the store manager was apologetic and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The food tastes good, just worried about the potential for cross contamination.

The staff is great. It’s a grocery store and I was in The tea isle one day staring at the teas and the worker asked me if he could help. I said I was a celiac and he launched into which tea bags are safe for Celiacs! Did you know some brands use flour to bind the bag together?

This grocery store/ food co-op has a great range of prepared food options, especially considering they are on the smaller side. My partner and I (both gf) have eaten 3 meals here while in Keene for the weekend, after becoming sick from another restaurant and struggling to find safe dining options. Very friendly staff and we both feel great after eating here. He’s celiac and did not struggle to find something safe to eat.
