Had spring rolls and beef pho, both were delicious but unfortunately I got sick despite telling them I had a gluten allergy / switching out the spring roll sauce / asking about fryer cross contamination. Disappointed since the food was delicious and pho feels hard to find gf.

Confused by the reviews. I was just told the fried items are cooked in a fryer shared with the popcorn chicken which has gluten. I was disappointed because I drove 30 minutes for the gluten free options.

Super celiac-friendly ... One of the owners has celiac!. Everything is absolutely delicious for those who need to eat gluten-free or not. Absolutely recommend. The pho, stirfry, shaken beef, egg rolls-all of it is super tasty and the service is great.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The egg rolls are gluten free and the best I've ever had!! The filet mignon pho is amazing too!! Great quality food abs excellent service! I highly recommend!

The food is amazing! I love there filet mignon Pho and there shaken beef is really good. About 90% is gluten free.

Love, love this place. Everyone we have dealt with is super friendly. There are numerous gluten free options on the regular menu especially since the owner is gluten free. The pho is made with rice noodles and the egg rolls are made with rice paper! The best part is the food is creative and delicious!!!

They mark everything that is gluten fee on the menue. eat pho very often with no issues. also have gluten free pastries sometimes.

Their menus had a symbol for which items were gluten free. I think this is new because the waiter double checked the the cooks just to make sure. Really good pho!
