Mongolian Grill

They have GF ingredients, but despite saying they would clean the grill and cook separately, they only washed off a part of the cooking surface and cooked next to gluten dishes. My order was contaminated at least twice during cooking process (pieces would roll away into another order and they’d pick it up and place back in my order), and then at the end they swiped some other pieces into my takeout container. So: non-gluten ingredients available (except for one of their noodles), including 2 GF sauces, but do not eat here if you have celiac or are sensitive to cross contamination.

Absolutely love this place! Although it's buffet style everything is uncooked. You fill up your bowl with the ingredients you wish (they have an allergen menu) and then the chefs cook it! They'll ask you at the counter if you have an allergy, and also have a separate stove! Very knowledgable and the food is great!

Select your own ingredients and sauces to be stir fried. They proviide an ingredient list for the sauces. They will scrub the grill for you and use fresh sticks.
