They use Udis par baked crust: I watched them prepare mine. Despite my request for new gloves, they didn’t. My order was to go, so, I didn’t check it til I got home. The crust was under baked and gummy. Toppings barely cooked. I called and talked to the manager. In her words they “hate gluten free pizzas and orders. “ She was kind enuf to credit my card for the nasty pizza.

Really enjoyed the taste of this gluten free pizza. Really similar to Monicals regular pizza!
Gluten free crust is very similar to the taste of Monicals normal pizza! Only downfall is you can only order it in a 9" size and not any larger.
HAHA gin75 obviously owns a local pizza joint. Youre and idiot if you do not think monicals is the best around. Grow up gin75!

My least favorite gf pizza in the area. The only time I eat it is when my non gf family members want to eat there. Don't get me wrong- I am thankful that they offer it, and I will eat it without complaints, but I really don't care for their crust at all. I REALLY wish they would shop around and try different suppliers. There are ALOT of choices nowadays. We don't HAVE to settle for just "ok" anymore!
I love their gf pizza. Chicken bacon ranch especially! I have always liked a thin crust, so I fins this one to be just as good if not better. Even my parents, who are not gf, loved it! I also like that they bring it out on the aluminum tray so you know there is no cross-contamination.
I honestly love this pizza!! I always get the ham gluten free pizza and even my husband, who can eat gluten, has ate it before and said he liked it!
I have tried their gfree pizza 3 times and still don't like it. Wimpy. Zip flavor. Not crispy. So sad cause I loved their pizza before I had to go gfree.
Gluten-free crust and amazing salad!

Delicious pizza, threat of cross contamination same as any other pizza place but they do take precautions to cook gluten free in a disposable pan so the crust never comes in contact with the cooking surface.
One of my go to places when I’m near one!

I ordered a gluten-free pizza. Had one of the worst reactions I’ve ever had to Gluten. They were very nice about it. Apologized and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. However, considering the severity of my reaction, I really don’t trust them anymore. Won’t be going back.
