Review of Monk's Bar & Grill at the Wilderness

The gf procedures here are the most comprehensive of any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Even coming to the bar for a late night burger, I was greeted by the manager who outlined the procedures they have in place to protect their customers with allergies. They even take off $2 if you skip the side (no gf fryer) which is a refreshing change from the typical gf surcharge most restaurants have!
