My husband (not GF) and I sat at the bar and I ordered at White Claw in a can, knowing that it was GF with no possibility of cross-contact. The bartender immediately asked me if my GF status was a result of a dietary restriction or an “antibody reaction.” I explained that I had celiac disease and he handed me their “special binder” and explained that they had a separate prep space for those with allergies.
I ordered a simple cheeseburger and salad, and it was fantastic.
This restaurant (to date) is incredibly Celiac safe. If you have T.J. as your bartender/waiter, you’re in excellent hands.
