I’ve got to hand it to Monk’s. This is our third time here over the course of two years, and I think they have the GF thing down. Each time, at the mere mention of wanting a GF menu, a manager comes with a binder that shows each food component and allergens. The waiter then confirms the order with the manager before entering it. My severely wheat-allergic son loves it. Note that there is no dedicated fryer, but they’ve been fine with me bringing in outside safe fries for my son.
