Delicious! I’ve been looking for a good gluten free hibachi for so so long and they have it! Great portion sizes, menu is marked with gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegan, and vegetarian options. They also have a list on their site about what can be modified which normally you only see with chains. I can’t speak to safety on a contamination level as I am celiac but asymptomatic, the staff seemed knowledgeable and they market themselves as having gluten free options on their home page site. Even well labeled on doordash
