Server knows nothing about the ingredients used in the ice cream. Very frustrating. I would skip this place all together as have gotten sick several times as she tried to look up the Gluten free options.

Server was inexperienced with gluten, make sure you ask before getting anything. If you have celiacs, be very cautious. No measures taken to prevent cross-contamination, but if you ask, they will wash off scoopers.
