Most of the menu can be made gluten free - 5 out of 6 pastas, some firsts, the soup of the day and some of the secondi piatti. They served packed GF bread.
I asked about safety, and according to the waiter they separate the making of the pasta and the ovens from the preparation of other things. It seemed to me that they take it seriously.
The food was exceptionally good, especially the two ragout dishes (we ended up coming here twice!). The white house wine was especially wonderful.

Had the spaghetti with clams. Staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease. There weren’t many pasta options that didn’t have meat.

A lovely place with delicious food, amazing wine and a warm and welcoming staff. Even my not gluten intolerant boyfriend couldn't tell that the pasta I had was in fact gluten free. I have never eaten better gluten free pasta in my life. Highly recommend.
