Fantastic, knowledgeable chef Jen Crowley! I had Pan Seared Scallops served over mixed greens topped with Champagne vinaigrette and Grilled Top Sirloin with Garlic Herb Compound Butter and Caramelized Carrots!She left off the Cream cheese and chive Polenta because she wasn't sure if it was Gluten-Free! So nice to be able to find fine dining on vacation!
