Stopped in to place a to go order after reading the reviews and no one knew if anything at all was gluten free aside from the pizza crust. There is no seperate gluten free prep area like one of the reviews listed. They all looked at me crazy when I asked questions about gluten free. They said for an allergy they wouldn't eat there.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
Like many pizza places, you're limited to just a small pizza with a gluten free crust, for an upcharge. It's one of the best gf crusts I've ever had, though it breaks apart pretty easily (and like most gluten free crusts is very thin and crispy). They have a separate area just for gluten free prep, take safety seriously. I ordered one with eggplant and they came out and told me it's fried, has gluten, so I'm glad they pay attention to these things. Most of the toppings are available though, and they have a pretty wide variety with selections like artichoke, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, etc.
All in all one of the best gf pizza experiences I've had albeit on the pricey side.
