I have eaten here 3 times and 2/3 times I have gotten very very sick. This is not a 100% gluten free restaurant. Their website states that the ingredients may contain gluten via cross contamination.

I had an amazing experience here. I am celiac and I have a yeast allergy. All of the food was ok for me to eat and it was delicious! I opted to build my own bowl and I had the chia pudding for dessert. The food had a very fresh taste. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Chicken Kimchi was great and the cauliflower wings were the best I’ve had!

The staff seem to truly strive for perfection immediately following up with each order to ensure customer satisfaction..

The cauliflower wings are the best I've ever had. The entire menu is gluten free and their moonbowls are really good too. I didn't expect the food to be AS TASTY as it is. Their sauces had me drooling. And customer service was exceptional.

We were traveling through Columbus and needed a good gluten free meal for dinner. My daughter has Celiac, so I always use the Find Me Gluten Free app to find good accomodations, because she is very sensitive to cross-contamination. The Moonbowls website was very clear that all of their food is gluten free. The bonus is that it was delicious!!! They even have gluten free potstickers, which were SO GOOD!!! This isn't a dine in restaurant, but the building that houses this and several other carryout places is very close to the interstate and easy to find. If I'm ever travelling to or through Columbus again, I will definitely order from them again!

I was so excited to find this completely GF restaurant while passing through Columbus. The Korean BBQ cauliflower wings and vegan ranch are out of this world good. My bamboo rice was a little undercooked which was a bummer. But all in all everything was incredible.

The ordering situation was really confusing. We pulled up expecting to walk in and order at a restaurant - but it’s actually part of an unmarked warehouse-type building with multiple other restaurants putting to-go orders out for pick up. They make everything there on site, just make sure you order online in advance and walk in to pick it up.

Ordered takeout here from uber eats! 100% gluten free. I got the sesame bowl. tofu was delish. It was overall pretty good though some of the veggies felt slightly undercooked, maybe personal preference. special spicy sauce was yummy. good option for gf takeout in bk

The sauces and fried chcken are to die for. I'm so pleased to have found a solid, safe gluten free fix for that craving. Dedicated gluten free, everything on menu is gluten free, but similar to another reviewer, I had no problems with any bowls or fried chicken alone but I also had a mild reaction to the sweet potato noodles... Perhaps something about how they prepare or store...

If you go in person it’s a little daunting because it’s part of a food hall. No fear. Every restaurant has their own kitchen and Moon Bowls is all gluten free. Love their spicy fried chicken bowl. Never gotten sick.
