I was directed here for good GF options in the prepared foods section. There were two GF sandwiches. There were salads but the kitchen looked small and I didn’t ask about CC precautions. The store is really small with limited options.

This is a great shop with a very large variety of GF items. Some familiar from stores at home but many new ones too. The staff was friendly and I wish there was something this good near home.

Gf and Df ice cream sandwiches in the freezer near the prepared foods. I’ve been looking for gf ice cream sandwiches forever, and these did not disappoint! Lots of gf items. I appreciate having some gf items offered in bulk/self serve as we are visiting and don’t need an entire bottle of tamari.

This is a GROCERY is Moab. A must stop for specialty items and natural food. Worked great for our dinners. They have an amazing fresh deli with grab and go GF and vegan options. Awesome for pre made trail lunches.
