All sauces are made from scratch so staff is very knowledgeable on gluten free options. Only gluten free penne pasta available, but very tasty options for proteins and sauces. They do not have a separate gluten free menu.

You can get any pasta dish gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable and even made sure there were no croutons on my salad even though I forgot to mention that.
