Great place! The owner has celiac and taught me a lot about it when I was first diagnosed. The cookies and stuff that would normally have gluten are absolutely delicious!

My sister and I are visiting our mom for a few weeks. We decided to head out to Marina to give this place a try. The ice cream sandwhich is so good. I think my favorite is the chocolate chip. My mom had never heard of it, but was so excited to have a new place. She loved it as well. We will definitely stock up before going back home!!!

My 5 year old daughter has severe celiacs and we only dine in dedicated GF facilities to avoid any risk for cross contamination. After reading all the reviews and being a little perplexed with the lack of clarity on their website, we decided to visit and ask questions. We happened to catch the owner, who is super sweet and also has celiacs! She explained to us that no gluten ever enters the facility, including in common unlooked areas like oats (her oat based items are certified GF). She also explained her business reasoning for not posting the dedicated GF on her main website. My daughters both loved every item and we were over the moon (pun intended) to be able to find a safe treats shop for my celiac daughter!!

The store is cute and fun with lots of great treat options and so many, many safe sprinkle choices! 💜💜💜

My celiac daughter loved that everything is GF. She enjoyed her sprinkle covered cone with soft serve. My son liked their Italian ice and I enjoyed an ice cream cookie sandwich.

I can't believe everything is gluten free!! I was able to get an ice cream cone and have their apple pie because it's all gluten free. They were super accomodating to other allergies as well. Had the horchata and vanilla soft serve so good

We love going to Moonscoops whenever we are in town. Everything tastes great and the employees are nice and helpful. It’s such a relief to be able to go to a dedicated place and not worry about cross-contamination. My kids love feeling normal! It’s true that there aren’t signs advertising that they are dedicated gf but I can’t blame them! People who aren’t gf can be really judgmental about gf food and simply not try it because it’s labeled that way.

There was no indication of any gluten free items on the menu and according to staff behind the counter they did not have any gluten free cones. Maybe they were misinformed but I didn’t feel like risking it.

We are 100% Gluten Free. Nothing in our store has any gluten. I profusely apologize that an employee was uninformed. We do have a sign that gives a warning that our products contain Peanuts, eggs, milk, dairy, tree nuts No wheat is listed anywhere. It is a choice to not advertise that we are gluten free. I have celiacs disease and I am the owner and our entire store is gluten free.
