Crepes can be made gluten free with a different batter. For those with celiac, some crepe fillings are not GF (like graham crackers), but you can ask what items are gluten free and use best judgement. Also be sure to request the cooking surface to be cleaned before making your crepe, the staff was very kind and assured me I’d be taken care of. I got the Blue Indian (Nutella, brown sugar, fresh blueberries, and vanilla cream) It was one of the best crepes I’ve had!!
