The staff was knowledgeable of the gluten free menu options. I ordered the salmon and risotto. Both tested gluten free on my NIMA. The menu had several gluten free options listed.

Excellent service and Best meal we’ve had at the hotel. Server was very knowledgeable about gluten allergy and almost everything on the menu can be cooked gluten free. I had the Mahi Mahi with a mushroom risotto. Was excellent!!
