Do not go here if you are gluten free.

I went and I asked what ice cream they had that were gluten free. They told me NONE. They said nothing was gluten free, except the sorbets. When I looked in the bins, the sorbet was all mixed with other ice creams. The person was not the nicest about it either. I do not recommend going here if you are gluten free.

I wasn’t sure how our experience would be based off of some other reviews, but we decided to try it since we had loved Moo’s pre-diagnosis. We went on a very busy Friday night (line stretched down the street), and when we finally were up to order I simply asked if their ice creams were gluten-free. Their immediate response was yes, with the exception of items with certain mix ins. As soon as I started to ask if they could use a clean scoop, they jumped in saying they would get a new container from the back and yes they’d use a clean scoop. And sure enough they did…without me having to ask or explain why. Excellent, excellent service. Nothing makes this mama’s heart happier than people providing opportunities for my two year old celiac princess to be just like everyone else 💗

Nothing is marked gluten free but I asked for them to grab me a clean scoop of the wild huckleberry ice cream flavor from a new tub (from the back). It was delicious and I didn’t get sick. This is definitely one of those places where you are going to have to speak up for yourself and be very clear, and ask questions if needed. But the staff were friendly and helpful, even though the store was crowded. The worker brought the new tub out from the back and I watched him open it and clean the scoop and use it to make my order. Delicious!

The previous reviewer definitely had a different experience than we did. Long story short, they told us none of their ice creams could be considered gluten free, and only their sorbets could be. We didn't try a sorbet because we wanted ice cream. We left disappointed ☹

Staff was so friendly, they grabbed a new tub of ice cream from the back and they washed the scoop. They also checked ingredients to confirm it was GF.

Huckleberry ice cream is to die for!
