Gluten free Pho. One of the only options I was able to find. Confident in gluten free.

Great little place for pho for an airport restaurant!! I had the chicken pho without crispy shallots. Waitress assured me all pho GF.

They were very accommodating and the server voluntarily went to check whenever they weren’t sure on an item. The chicken bites were delicious, and my friend’s chicken bowl with rice was also really good. The big hit was their milk teas which you could get with booze added and boba. I don’t like boba so I didn’t get any or check if their’s were gf, but they likely are since they use plain ones without caramel coloring or flavor added. I had the Spill the Tea and they added kraken rum for me since we couldn’t determine if the default suggested rum was GF or not. The tea is ice blended so it’s pretty much a boozy tea milkshake, and I honestly wanted to go back and try ALL the flavors. Be careful though, they taste so delicious you could easily not notice how much alcohol you’re imbibing if you over indulge.

I was told by the server that all pho is gluten free. I requested no crispy garlic just in case. It was difficult to find any gluten free options in this airport. I ordered the chicken pho and had no reaction.

They have GFO (no crunchies) with both the chicken and veggie pho.
