The server knew all about gluten free. She told me that the gluten free pasta, actually all pasta, is homemade and cooked to order in fresh water. I ordered chicken and veggies and it was excellent. It came with gnocchi, which the server immediately said I couldn't have, and offered to substitute pasta, which I didn't want. There are no gluten free appetizers, but there are gluten free desserts. This is Scott Conant's restaurant and everything is total quality!
