Menu Mar 2019: 1 salad, 2 entrees marked gluten free. Staff knowledgeable how to make other dishes gluten free (e.g.burgers without bun, swapping sides) or how others close to GF but not to degree to avoid cross contamination.

Review
The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free and asked if I had an allergy or just preferences! The waitress knew which items on the menu were safe, and after we agreed fried Brussels sprouts couldn’t be guaranteed safe in their fryer, they roasted them for me!
