— Excellent

They do have GF spaghetti available. You can request that they not bread the chicken to make it a GF option. They knew what they were doing to reduce the potential of cross contamination. I had no side effects eating here :)

They were very knowledgeable about gluten & knew how to prepare foods without it. Even tho’ I did not have their GF pasta, it was offered. Mr Moretti has been one of our favorite chefs for years. We have followed him to many locations & I’m happy that I can still enjoy his food GF.
