Morgan street food hall has about 20 food options. My favorite is buena papa (gourmet loaded fries). Makus empanadas can do most of their empanadas GF but they did warn me about cross containination since they’re baked in the same oven. Other options include gym tacos, Raleigh Rolls, curry in a hurry and more! Great place to bring non GFs, vegans and vegetarians since there’s so many different options.

Ate at Buena Papa Fry Bar and had the Colombiano fries. The fries themselves were good but it was way too much food and the toppings weren’t super flavorful, plus the pork belly was a weird texture in my opinion. I asked at the counter and they said it was GF. I didn’t get sick, and I don’t think they really have many gluten ingredients, but the menu isn’t marked.

Curry in a Hurry has gluten free curries, Cousins can do tacos on corn tortillas, and there is a gluten free macaron vendor. There may be other options, but those were obvious.

Morgan Street was a great place to go with my friends when Sassol was here, but now there is no good gluten-free options. Places offer "gluten-free" options but it is either not safe due to cross-contamination or not good. The last time I was here I tried Curry in a Hurry, and Hurry is the last thing from what we got. They were messing up order after order and missing tickets. Ours was one of the ones that got "lost" and they tried charging us twice for the food we never got. It would've been fine if they handled the situation better and the food was at least good, but it wasn't. We took our food when we finally got it without a fuss because we were hungry, and didn't want to wait in the line of people looking for their food and requesting refunds and going elsewhere. The quality of the food nor the experience matched the price.
Overall, I love the vibe of Morgan Street, but it would be nice to see more allergy-friendly options and more seating.

I ate lunch at Curry In A Hurry located in the Morgan Street Food Hall. They offer 4 Indian curries which are all gluten free served over basmati rice. I had the butter chicken and it was very good! They also have green curry chicken, lamb curry, and Channa Masala (vegan).
As for other booths, there is a place for macarons, GF empanadas (I believe they offer frozen, take-home empanadas by the dozen), lobster bisque and clam chowder, and burgers and fries. Please note that I have not tried any of these options!

I ate at cowbar on this trip (i didn’t see sassol). Staff was knowledgeable about gluten contamination. Has a designated fryer for the fries (gluten free!) and offers lettuce wrap in place of buns. buns are not toasted on the grill so the patties are safe too. Didn’t get glutened!!

I’ve eaten twice at Sassool with no reaction! Majority of the menu is gluten free. Make sure you tell them you have celiac and they will change gloves and heat up GF pita separately.
To the right of the bathrooms is a completely GF macaroon spot. Pricey but delicious!

Have had multiple great experiences here at Sassool, fries at Cowbar and initially at Counsin’s Lobster.
WARNING: my most recent trip to cousin’s lobster I had stated the need for a GF meal and ordered corn tortillas for my tacos however the kitchen staff did not pay attentionand instead used flour tortillas. As I was distracted with friends and family, I did not initially notice until my second taco. Be certain to double check your meal with them.
Fries!!! Guess what? The fries at Cowbar are gluten free! I had the Italian and regular fries and they were great! Fresh cut potatoes in soybean oil and that’s the only thing they fry in the fryer. Delicious!
So glad to have another option here besides Sassool and desserts.

Sassool - Gluten free chicken salad and gluten free pita bread. They heat it in a microwave so it’s not grilled on the grill with other breads. And it’s wrapped and stored separate. They all changed gloves before serving me too.
Amitie Macaroon - Delicious gluten free macaroons. I recommend the brown sugar and cinnamon one.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Sassool stand in this food hall! BEST GLUTEN FREE PITA I’VE EVER HAD! Everything is clearly marked and the sides are delicious as well.
