The food at this restaurant is an odd mix of prepared in advance and fresh prepared when requested. Some of the staff will really work with you and the kitchen to figure out what is safe for you to have.It’s a shame the management doesn’t have more interest in drawing in celiac customers.

No gluten-free menu, but food is prepared fresh, so there are options for protein and salads at lunch. Had Surf 'n' Turf Salad special with shrimp and beef which was excellent. Some dressings are made in-house and are gluten-free. Server was knowledgeable about gluten-free menu choices.
