Over-priced, warm sushi that I could barely choke down, "fresh, homemade" lemonade that was clearly sour mix with some water thrown in. And a mediocre entree that was one of the 5 gf items marked on the menu. The server told me there were more possible. No. If it's not marked, I'm not taking the chance. I have no idea why the reviews here were so high. This place is Over-priced and underwhelming. A waste of money that ruined my first day of vacation.

We sat at the bar upstairs to avoid the wait. They serve their full menu. Great selection of Japanese whiskey. The Peking Duck was gluten free with lettuce cups and brown rice. It was AMAZING!!! Bar tender very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Menu notes items that are gluten free or can be made gluten free

We went on Lunar New Year, and had to wait for a table to open up. For me it was worth it as my partner is from China, and we never get to share food due to my restrictions. I’ve never had duck, but we tried the Peking Duck as it is a plate for 2. The taste was amazing and you can tell everything is fresh! I personally wouldn’t go for duck again, but that’s a personal preference. I ordered the blood orange ginger ale after googling the brand. It was delicious. Tasted like real ginger!

Everything was fantastic! Was skeptical about the music soup but all was well. Mongolian beef was excellent!

Amazing!! The service was spectacular and our waiter was VERY clear about what already was GF naturally and what could be edited to be GF that wasn't marked on the menu. He even brought out my own personal GF soy sauce to make sure I had it if I wanted to. The fried rice can be made GF but the waiter even said it wasn't as good GF so gave honest feedback. Hubby got the fried rice and I got the Buri-bop and wow... the Buri bop was so amazing my husband said he made a mistake in his order and preferred mine! Definitely a splurge but wow was it great

The server was very attentive to my needs, pointing out what can be made gluten free and how. I had sushi, miso soup, fried rice and the Peking Duck which can be made gluten free by having it with lettuce cups along with a selection of gluten free sauces. Service was excellent and the food was amazing.

This place is amazing! My friend and I went to try it, and I mentioned the I had a gluten allergy. They brought over a paper menu that had everything marked that could be made GF. The servers were very nice and made sure all sauces were also GF. They also were knowledgeable about drink choices that contained gluten and made sure I didn’t order anything that could have caused an issue.

I am GF, wife is Keto. We were really looking forward to eating at the great Iron Chef’s restaurant! We figured we would find a new level of umami! However, It was hard to find anything without carbs for wife. Although many items can be made Gf, the tasty sauces are removed. I had GF Fried rice and had a very bad reaction within 20 minutes. Overall… not a great experience for us. We were surprised that a Japanese-inspired restaurant used so much wheat! PF Chang’s is much better at 1/2 the price. 😢

Such a great experience! All gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t gluten free, and she informed the chef of my allergy. Our table shared edamame (I put mine on a separate plate to avoid cross contamination) which was amazing. For my meal, although it isn’t on the menu, I ordered chicken fried rice with vegetables. It was the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had, and I didn’t get sick. Overall, very good!!

We were in heaven finally eating gf sushi! They will make the rice for the rolls gf. The quality of the sushi itself was stellar. Even a gf California roll with cooked blue crab. Kid friendly. Can’t find this at home! It’s in Disney Springs so it’s considered Disney standard, world class for allergies. They have tamari available. This is also one of the few places in the US with real wasabi. It is a blended mix but so delicious. The ambience is beautiful.

When I first heard about this place, I was so excited about the prospect of Gluten-free sushi! The menus have a little symbol on them to indicate which items are gluten free. Our waitress was very informed on what was gluten and dairy free. I got the tuna sushi rolls and my mom ordered the Buri Bop. They were both extremely tasty and gluten free! OverallI had an amazing experience and would definitely go back
