I had a wonderful experience and delicious food. The menu was limited…not a surprise with soy sauce being involved. The waiter went through the entire menu and shared what was or could be made gluten free. I settled on edamame, a California roll, spicy tuna roll and a wonderful cheesecake soufflé

They have sushi and gf soy sauce and were also willing to modify dishes to accommodate me. My husband got a bowl with fish, an eggs and rice and veggies served in a 450* bowl. I got a sushi roll, salad, lobster and veggies with potato mash. Both meals were incredible and I did not get glutened. Chef made me a special gf cheesecake soufflé.

The staff was extrememly knowledgeable about food allergies. I eat paleo (no grains/dairy/soy) out of necessity and while it would seem counter-intuitive to go to a Japanese restaurant I cannot say enough about Chef Luckasz who crafted me a made-to-order meal! The GM, Gary, also went above and beyond. When we asked if other locations would be able to provide me with the same type of meal he said Morimoto has significant allergy protocols in place & if they didn't know what to feed me I should have them call him & he would tell them what they made me. Very highly recommend.
