They no longer fry the fries in a seperate frier.
Called in an order and they were super nice and knowledgeable about gluten free options even though its not stated on menu, the staff is super helpful. They even went as far to double check with the chef about one of the sides.
Gluten Free Lasagna is amazing!! They also have Udi’s buns and bread to create your own GF options.
The quality of food is low. I will not eat here again.
Awsome loaded grilled cheese on gluten free bread and tomato soup that's to die for.
Yes
I've eaten here many times without any issue. I stick with regular fires and get either a burger or the chicken sandwich sans cheese. Good atmosphere, generally helpful staff. One time we went with our kids and it looked like they put anyone with kids in a room separate from the large dining space. I thought it was pretty funny.
Yes
I believe the garlic fries I had were contaminated. Won't be going back because I got sick. The food there is really good so it is a shame. They do have a dedicated menu but I wouldn't trust it especially if you get sick from cross contamination issues.
Great GF tomato soup, and delicious Buffalo Chicken Salad. Didnt get sick at all! The waitress was very knowledgeable!!
ate there before with no issues- tomato soup and reuben. tonight I had a reaction from the "gf garlic fries" my guess is cross contamination. server didn't have much knowledge or concern for celiac's.
made me very very sick
HORRIBLE, untrained staff, got VERY VERY sick. the downtown location is better.
Great gluten free sandwiches, burgers, sides, apetiters, and deserts. The staff is friendly a great service.
There is no GF/ allergen menu, the bartender looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for one then was mad when I said I was told there was one, shoved the menu at me and walked away. Went to ask for the kitchen manager and was greeted with the manager on duty. She printed off the most requested allergy adjusted items. Then waited for the bartender to come back. Which she didn’t, just had dirty looks and eye rolls. Moved to a table and got Kylie as our waitress. She went over and beyond to be helpful. Several waitstaff kept apologizing for the bartender’s behavior.
Chopped salad, grilled chicken, no cheese or croutons with the vinaigrette dressing. It was pretty good, avocados were perfectly ripe. I gave the extra star for the other waitstaff. I don’t know why the bartender is still employed there

Waitress was very helpful and verified what I was ordering was gluten free. I had the triple cheese grilled cheese on gluten free bread and the tomato soup. It was awesome! We also asked her if she could find out what bread they used because it was AMAZING. It was Udi’s soft white. I was shocked.
