There aren’t a lot of options but there are a few places that have stuff marked. The staff I talked to understood my needs and I was able to enjoy my meal and didn’t get sick.

I went in here with a group of friends. And was really excited to see they had spinach gluten-free wraps. I specifically asked about being celiac safe. The girl in there "oh yes". But guess what, it's not. I had the worst reaction I've ever had. I actually ended in the ER, with chest pains, numb arms, dizzy, could barely get myself out of the car and into the hospital. Luckily it was not a heart attack, but now I have a huge ER bill because they did not take gluten-free seriously.

Honestly, mother road market seems fairly slim for gluten free. One visit I was forced into eating a raw avocado boiled egg. They could do much better. MRM could get big, we shall see

I love the pineapple smoothies at Nice Guys Shrimp Shack at Mother Road Market. The staff took the time to clean equipment for me. I have a nut and gluten allergy and appreciated the extra steps they took to keep me safe, getting cream from a neighbor merchant, to sub for almond milk. So good and fresh ingredients!
