Motherloaded Tavern

The waiter informed us that if we had celiac that this establishment was NOT safe. He told us that there is cross contamination and their seasoning technically had gluten in it. With this being said, my celiac family and I were able to eat just fine here because our sensitivity is not as bad as most. Just take caution :)

stopped in based on previous reviews but was told they have NO GF options. :(

They modified the cherry Salmon dinner for me and it was fabulous we also had the snores minus the graham crackers cool experience table top fire!

Celiac friendly?

No

They have gluten free options like Hummus and mashed potatoes as well As sandwiches with GF bread. However some of the GF items are cooked with soy sauce or in a fryer with other breaded items so are only safe for those following a GF diet... Not those with celiac!

down home comfort food... not particularly gluten free. They do have a GF menu, But nothing creative on it. salads, burgers w/udi's bread. They have prime rib and apparently salmon, but not not as it is of season. .. I don't expect we will be back.

Just brought out a new gf menu yesterday 6/30/12. They are really making an effort to research, have knowledgeable staff, and to provide nice options. Grilled salmon with the maple mustard dressing was excellent served on a bed of very fresh greens.
