Motor Town Pizza

This was delicious pizza! The “small” is actually a lot of food. We did the Cheese Bread as well as the Eleanor pizza, both on the gluten free crust. When they brought them out, they made sure to indicate they were gluten free (we had traditional crust at our table as well.) Everything was delicious!

Great pizza, and I was excited about this initially as I’m from the Detroit area and they seem to be knowledgeable about gluten allergies. However, the last time I had this was when my work ordered carryout. Although the order was gluten free and clearly marked for an allergy, I got significant cross contamination. Felt sick for days so tested my pizza leftovers with my Nima sensor to confirm and there was a strong positive. Obviously getting pizza out there’s always a risk since they also make regular crusts in the same space. Since I am sensitive and there are so many other great restaurants in the area to order from, I’m not going to risk it again in the future.

This was the best gluten free pizza we have eaten! We're sad we dont live here so we can have it again. The salad was great too!

THE best GF pizza! My son has a severe allergy to gluten & gets instantly ill within minutes of cross contamination. He ate here with NO reaction & the pizza is absolutely phenomenal! This is the 1st thicker crust pizza he has had in 10yrs! It’s the little things in life! Thank you Motor Town Pizza!

This pizza was FABULOUSLY good! A very different style to what this southern girl is used to, but I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever we are on this side of the river. Conscientious and aware staff!

Gf pizza was very good. Personal size(8x10)is enough for 2 people IMO. Definitely will be back again. It is located inside Revel Kitchen that also has GF options on menu.

Best gluten free pizza around! We love the thick crust alternative to so many flimsy thin crust GF pizzas around here. And, the price isn’t through the roof. A large pizza is normal sized and about $25 with taxes, fees and tips. Fiancé is celiac and we have safely eaten pizza from Motor Town several times with no sensitivities for him.

Detroit style cast iron baked pizza with thick gluten-free crust was great! Flavorful, crispy, soft inside.

This is Detroit style pizza, so it's very different from any other gluten free pizza options in the area. Consistently good. I recommend getting a cup of sauce, as the pizza doesn't have much.
