No GF menu. All the food our party ate wasn’t good. The words “school cafeteria food” was used. Staff was very friendly though.
We just visited Mount Mitchell and they didn't have much for gluten-free. We were told that Campbell's Soup was gluten-free but it is not. The chili isn't gluten-free because they said they added a flour based filler in the Hamburg meat. I was able to have a baked potato and Cole slaw. It was ok because I only needed a snack until dinner.

Comfort food, and only restaurant around for miles. They were definitely willing to accommodate us and take precautions in the kitchen.
We found this place by accident, and when we went in to ask about gluten free, the cook himself came out to talk to us. There wasn't a separate gluten free menu, but several of the items were naturally gluten free (grilled chicken, bunkers burgers, salads, potatoes, etc.). They were very knowledgeable about having clean surfaces and keeping everything separate, and I felt very good about eating there. We went back the next day, and as soon as we walked in, one of the staff recognized me and alerted the cook right away about my celiac. I was very impressed on how they went above and beyond.
