Like the last reviewer, both burgers (beef and bison) and the chili were available gluten free, and they had a gluten free bun. As a substitute for tater tots, I goukd choose a bag of Lays original chips, Cheetos, or applesauce cup. Sarina took our order, was very friendly, and asked the back which items were gluten free. Cheryl was EXTREMELY friendly, asked if we were Celiac, took extra precautions for us, and was just an overall delight. Food was like a regular concessions stand, but the attention and service were notable.

Staff was very friendly and were even familiar with celiac disease. All burgers can be made gf with a gf bun as well as the chili they had the day I visited. Shared fryers, so I had the option of applesauce or chips with my burger. The lady told the kitchen staff that I’m not celiac when giving them our order so I assume they take some precautions for celiacs.

Went there and the lady was very helpful. Told me all the celiac items and that they were prepped properly. Staff changes gloves, etc. I had the chicken, veggies and rice. They also have organic products which is awesome. I was comfortable eating there and honestly I think it’s been the best meal I’ve had on my whole trip!

No longer have gluten free chicken strips so no dedicated fryer. They do have gluten free buns (like restaurant Udi brand). They do have a roasted chicken meal with rice and veggies. They also have a cashew wrap but we didn’t get it because my son also has a peanut allergy.
I ended up eating here after talking to the cashier and I ordered the roasted chicken with steamed vegetables. It was pretty darn assured me it gluten free. They do no have a dedicated fryer in the off-season like they do during the summer months. I did not have any reactions from eating here.
Seemed safe. Gluten free chicken strips were ok
This place is an indoor food court atmosphere. Before ordering last week I spoke with employee at the grill who said they offer gf beef or bison burger, and hot dog but only have gf hamburger buns. He didn't tell me about fries or chicken strips as an option, as another reviewer stated, so I opted for sealed applesauce with my Bison burger. They had lays original chips (gf) also. I had no reaction and was grateful for this meal option and experience. Side note-when ordering I said I had a wheat allergy and asked a few questions about what/how they cook on grill, needing clean utensils, etc, in my attempts to prevent cross contamination. The gal went back to cook and relayed this info for me. Fantastic service!

Just enjoyed a buffalo burger on a gluten free bun, and fries from a dedicated fryer. (Chicken strips share that fryer, they are also gluten free.)
Folks at the register were quick to point out to us a code on the menu marking gluten free items, and were able to answer questions.
We did not try Rushmore Roasters.
Concessions has a lemon pepper chicken, rice, and veggies meal for 11. Tilapia fish, didnt try. Bison chili for 5. Ask for no bun on chicken dinner, they're not well trained otherwise up front but kitchen is. Food is very good for concession food and the view is fantastic.
