What a great experience. I was told most everything can be made gluten-free. I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was great. They were very conscientious about making sure there was no cross contamination. Cute place and very nice staff.

— Excellent

I guess maybe in the past they had more gluten-free options but when I went there was only gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and the option to have a sandwich made on gluten free bread. There were no gluten-free bagels.

The lady working there asked me if it was an allergy so that she could make sure there was not cross contamination which I appreciated.

My cappuccino was great and my sandwich was okay.

They have gluten-free bread and cookies. My sandwich was good, but I asked what was on it and the waitress did not list cheese(which I can’t eat) they brought the sandwich with cheese.

Can’t say enough how much I love this place. Both their food and drinks are good! They have gluten free bagels for the breakfast sandwiches, and gluten free bread for the paninis and other sandwiches. Their soup is almost always gluten free and sometimes vegan. They ask if it’s an allergy and wipe down the panini press if that’s what you ordered. I’ve eaten here several times and have never gotten sick.

Will biking through Frostburg we were looking for some GF sandwiches. Called this place and they had gf bread and cookies. The bread appeared to be Udi’s. They even made their chicken chipolte panini on it which was amazing. It was a great find in an area that doesn’t have much gf.
