Mountain Fire Pizza

Gluten free crust is frozen so it only comes in once size. But, being able to choose all of my own toppings is great! I only have a sensitivity so they were able to put the pizza right on the stones in the oven making it way better. The pizza cook actually came over to our table to ask about the severity of the allergy and was quite knowledgeable about cross contamination for the folks who have to worry about that.

they use the same sauce so dipping it back in after touching gluten pizza. I just can't trust that.

Pizza crust was ok. No dedicated fryer. They had no GF alcohol options even though they had a bar with many craft beer options. Went there primarily for the GF cheesecake and sadly they were all out... left feeling disappointed.

Server was well informed and there were plenty of GF options, pizza seemed safe and was cooked on its own tray. GF cheesecake was an unusual find too.

Good GF pizza, fries and chicken wings.

They use GF better baking company crust add your choice of toppings and cook it in a 1000 degree oven that is heated with a hardwood fire, which adds a distinct smoky flavor. Delicious GF pizza.
