The menu changes daily, so you need to ask your server what’s available that’s gluten free. The chef is super knowledgeable about gluten/cross-contamination. I ordered a hamburger no bun and the seasonal fruit. It was great!
I was attending an event where we will be eating at a buffet. I called ahead and spoke to someone in the kitchen. They mentioned everything would be labeled gluten-free that was in fact gluten-free on the buffet. I’m not sure if this is something they typically do, or if it was just done for me since I had called ahead. The food is always wonderful, and the location and scenery can’t be beat!

Terrible food, terrible service, and I suffered greatly after eating here. I called the day before we arrived and talked to the host to make sure they would have something I could eat. He assured me the chef would be able to make me whatever to accommodate me. When we arrived, I talked with the manager of the hotel and she again assured me I would be well taken care of. When we were seated the host was very unfriendly and flustered. Our waiter had to ask about every thing I questioned. He told us the meat of the day was New York Strip. That was what I ordered and I explained that I have a gluten allergy. I was brought a ribeye with mushrooms on the side that had been cooked in gluten filled sauce ON MY PLATE! I ate the very plain steak and before we finished eating I was already in immense pain. This restaurant is no more than a way over priced Shoney’s.

One of the best experience in my entire life. The chef takes good care of you. He cooks everything personalized. Very good knowledge of what gluten is and cross contamination.
