Could not eat there! Sat down at the table only to leave after reviewing the menu with our server.Too many opportunities for cross contamination and most items on the menu were whittled down to the bare bones if they removed possible gluten containing ingredients.

I’ve been a couple of times since my diagnosis and have been impressed both times with staff’s knowledge and help with walking me through which menu items are celiac friendly. Most of the dinner entrees can be made gf if they aren’t already. Great place.

Went here for dinner while in Vail. Server was very knowledgable about Celiac and what the kitchen could do to ensure no gluten cross contact or contamination. Even made sure some of the grilled appetizers were on a separate grill away from any other gluten containing items. Also, the meal was absolutely delicious. Great place, great environment and phenomenal food.

I loved the food before I was diagnosed celiac. Had a hard time with staff understanding what I could and couldn't eat. Will not eat there again. Even though what I had was good.
Delicious lunch -- sat at the bar and bartender looked up to ensure the dish I ordered (shrimp and grits) was GF. Really delicious food, plenty of drink options and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!
The food here was always phenomenal before I had to worry about gluten. We went back once. They seemed ok at first but then my waiter told me I'd be fine with the gnocchi since it's only got a small amount of flour. We asked for the chef at this point who was fairly knowledgeable but seemed to think I couldn't have soy, though I only said gluten. Other than that great as usual food. I would probably go there again but would insist on talking to the kitchen rather than the front.
The waitress and kitchen were wonderful about working with my extensive dietary restrictions and putting together something for me. While they don't have a designated gluten free menu, the staff is very knowledgeable about ingredients and can identify what can be made gluten free. I shared a large steak with my husband for dinner. They prepared two plates of sides for us: one for me with items that were safe for me to have (duck fat fried potatoes, brussels sprouts, sauteed vegetables), and one for my husband with the sides that were originally supposed to be served with the steak but were not safe for me. They really went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. I can't wait to return!
